Big Walk Wiki is an independent, unofficial fan project run by a small editorial team. This page explains the one official way to reach us, and what each kind of message should include so it can be acted on quickly.

Email is the only official channel
Write to tips@bigwalkwiki.com. It is the single address used for everything on this site — corrections, evidence, privacy requests, and general questions. There is no contact form, no comment section, and no direct-message account that speaks for this wiki; if you see Big Walk Wiki claims elsewhere, they did not come from us.
Corrections: help us fix a page
Accuracy is this wiki’s whole product, so correction emails jump the queue. A correction we can act on states what the page claims, what you observed, and how to reproduce it. The most useful format:
- Platform — Steam on Windows or Mac, Mac App Store, PS5, or Nintendo Switch 2, plus the game version if shown.
- Group size — how many players were in the session, since world versions differ.
- Zone — the map zone or landmark where it happened.
- Steps — what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A short clip or screenshot link helps but is not required.
If a page labels a claim as build evidence, attributed lead, or unverified, tell us which label you are challenging. Evidence that upgrades a lead into a tested fact is just as welcome as a fix.
Tips and findings
Found something in the world we have not catalogued — a puzzle behaviour, an object use, a zone detail, or a patch change? Send the same platform/zone/steps format to tips@bigwalkwiki.com. We publish findings, never your email address, unless you ask to be credited by name (see the privacy policy for how submissions are handled).
Privacy and data requests
This site stores no accounts and no server-side profiles. If you still want to ask about the data that is processed — analytics consent, advertising cookies, or a deletion request — email the same address with “Privacy” in the subject line and we will respond as described in the privacy policy.
What this address is not for
- Game support. We cannot recover saves, fix connections, or issue refunds. Use the in-game options, the crossplay troubleshooting guide, or the official channels listed on our community page.
- Reaching House House or Panic. Big Walk Wiki is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developer or publisher. Anything you send here does not reach them.
- Solicitations. Guest-post offers, link exchanges, and paid-placement pitches get no reply. The site carries no sponsored content.
Response times
The mailbox is read by the site operator. Corrections and privacy requests are handled first, usually within a week; tips and general mail follow as editorial time allows. Every message gets read, even when there is nothing to reply with.
